Refund
We do not have to provide a refund if you have changed your mind about a particular purchase, so please choose carefully.
Exchange
We are happy to exchange the item you purchased, provided it is unused and still has the tag attached to it. Out of town..? Then you will need to arrange sending this item back to us with a return courier bag enclosed. Please Note: Any Sale Items cannot be exchanged.
Warranty
If the goods are faulty we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act to provide a remedy for you.
Delivery Time Frames
Clothing and Collectables
We only ship within New Zealand and we send all items out Nationwide via New Zealand Couriers or Post Haste Couriers. We use Standard Delivery, where delivery takes place Monday to Friday and can take approximately 1-3 working days. If your delivery address is considered Rural Delivery with these companies delivery can take an extra couple of days.
