CLUTCH ADJUSTER NUT

• Harley-Davidson Sportster: All XL models from 1986 through current generations.
• XR1200: 2008–2012 models.
• Buell: 1995–2010 models (all except 1125)

This nut acts as a locknut/jam nut on the primary/clutch release mechanism. When you adjust the clutch play on a Sportster via the pushrod and adjuster screw, this part ensures that your adjustment holds and the screw does not back out under engine vibration.
